Assistant Engineer- Line Quality

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for Line quality for India plant

• Responsible for maintenance of quality related records.

• Ensuring the Product produced by production are passed after Quality Check.

• Ensure Online QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan.

• To perform the customer complaint part analysis / assembly line rejection analysis and

initiate the action

• Analysis and action report preparation (8D / 5W2H).

• Ensuring the Product produced by production are passed after Quality Check

• Ensure Online QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan

• Continuously improving Line QA Inspection

• To perform the Final outgoing inspection at end of the shift

• To perform the customer complaint part analysis / assembly line rejection analysis and

initiate the action
