Assistant Engineer

Company :

1. Responsible for tooling management including tool availability monitoring and tool maintenance activity.

2. Responsible in assisting process integration in new model launch and engineering change.

3. Responsible in assisting cycle time analysis for lean manufacturing and ergonomics.

4. Responsible for problem solving for related waste elimination and inefficiency in engine assembly.

5. Responsible for supporting production and rework team.

6. Liaise and follow up with supplier/vendor and other department for any project, spare part, modification involvement.

7. Plan and ensure yearly preventive maintenance schedule being executed.

8. To ensure safety precautions being followed and maintain a good housekeeping environment.

9. To perform any other task assigned by superior time to time.
