We are partnering with a MNC that specializes in manufacturing of FMCG products. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Assistant Electrical Manager as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

• Act as a role model for safety and enforce safe maintenance practices in accordance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Take ownership of electrical maintenance KPIs, including downtime reduction, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Drive unplanned downtime elimination through robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Lead and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities and schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, quality, and process teams to enhance troubleshooting methods and process reliability.
• Guide and train technicians in maintenance best practices, including operator-level maintenance and technical upskilling.
