Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Editor . The Assistant Editor will be responsible for supporting the editorial team in creating, reviewing, and managing content. Daily tasks will include editing drafts for grammar, style, and accuracy, supporting the development of editorial strategies, coordinating with writers and other team members, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The Assistant Editor will also work on maintaining quality standards and assisting with content publication workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Editing, Proofreading, and Quality Control
- Experience in Content Creation, Writing, and Content Strategy
- Strong Communication, Coordination, and Team Collaboration skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
