Job Title: Assistant Dispatch Manager Location: Kiambu County Role Overview The Deputy Lead Dispatch is responsible for managing all outbound operations, loading supervision, and dispatch coordination at the Distribution Centre. This role ensures timely, accurate, and safe delivery of goods, maintaining OTIF (On Time In Full) targets while coordinating across weighbridge, transport, and warehouse teams. The Deputy Lead Dispatch reports to Lead Warehouse & Outbound Logistics and supervises Weighbridge Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, and loading teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities Outbound Loading & Dispatch Management Oversee loading operations to ensure trucks are loaded correctly, safely, and efficiently. Ensure compliance with FIFO, batch, and damage prevention standards. Prioritize orders and coordinate with warehouse staff and pickers.
