AVPN is looking for an experienced and purpose-driven Assistant Director – Technology to lead the next phase of our digital transformation. This is a strategic role at the heart of AVPN's operations, shaping how our teams collaborate, manage data, and use technology effectively across regions.
What you'll do
Lead AVPN's technology operations and digital governance
Act as the central point of contact for digital tools (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Airtable, Zoom, etc.)
Drive digital ways of working, adoption, and change management
Strengthen security, data protection, and compliance practices
Manage technology vendors and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Coach and lead Associate / Senior Associate team members
