In this executive-track role, you will oversee end-to-end commercial operations across diverse portfolios, mentor high-performing quantity surveying teams, and actively expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Project Leadership: Direct complex, multi-sector projects from initial briefing to final handover steer preliminary feasibility evaluations, detailed cost planning, procurement structuring, and post-contract financial administration.

Team Leadership & Development: Guide and develop a team of quantity surveyors through structured coaching, regular performance reviews, and mentorship-cultivating an accountable, continuous-learning culture focused on delivery excellence.
