Elevate outdoor education at the YMCA as the Assistant Director of the Outdoor Centre. Engage with seasonal teams, oversee program quality, and enhance guest experiences in this full-time role.
This position is critical for maintaining high-quality outdoor education and guest engagement at YMCA Cedar Glen Outdoor Centre. You will work closely with the Outdoor Centre Director to recruit, train staff, and ensure operational excellence.
