Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as Assistant Director of IT, providing strategic support to our Director of IT and ensuring continuity of our technology operations. This role will develop deep knowledge of our IT infrastructure, security posture, and strategic initiatives while building capacity for our growing technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Planning

• Collaborate with the Director of IT on technology roadmap development and implementation
• Participate in defining IT policies, standards, and investment priorities
• Assist in translating business objectives into technology solutions
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

Infrastructure & Operations Management

• Share responsibility for oversight of servers, networks, cloud services, and data centers
