Job Description

As the **Assistant Director of Banquet Operations** / **Banquet Operations Manager** , you will oversee the procurement, coordination, and successful delivery of all conferences, meetings, and banquet events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Coordinate and monitor all meetings, conventions, and related events.

Ensure all contracts are completed, updated, and properly documented.

Manage departmental standards and procedures, including confirming signed business before planning begins.

Oversee the rooming list process and ensure accuracy.

Coordinate the allocation of event and conference spaces.

Host and entertain clients as required.

Work closely with the Reservations Department regarding room availability and guest preferences.

Collaborate with key departments—including the Sales Team, ICHG Reservations Office, and Regional Sales & Marketing—to secure business opportunities.
