Assistant Director

About the Role

As our Assistant Director, you'll be the Centre Director's most trusted partner — stepping in as their right-hand support and confidently holding the fort when needed. This is a hands-on, meaningful leadership role that draws on your real experience in early childhood settings. You'll bring a depth of knowledge that can only come from time spent in the sector, and you'll use that experience to lift the entire team around you.

You'll have the flexibility to float between rooms, offering in-the-moment leadership, coaching, and mentorship to educators at all levels. Whether you're guiding a new educator through their first week or working alongside a seasoned team member to refine their programming, your presence will be felt and valued across the whole centre.
