As Assistant Director, you will collaborate closely with the Director and Regional Director to promote effective program functioning. Your role involves coaching staff, managing administrative compliance, and maintaining child-to-adult ratios. You’ll ensure that programming supports children’s developmental needs while fostering positive parent relationships.
