Job Title:

• Assistant Project Manager – Dining Facility Operations Location: Roy M.

Wheat Galley Dining Facility, NAS Meridian, MS Hours:

• Mon–Sun, 4:30 AM – 6:30 PM (On-site; 24/7 emergency availability when acting for Project Manager) Key Duties: Serve as second-in-command to the Project Manager, assuming full operational authority during their absence.


• Supervise daily meal service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for RCTA students, NETC students, and NAS military personnel.
• Assist in managing contingency and emergency feeding operations.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations serving over 100 people, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
