Our client is a private property developer who have been in operation for 30+ years with an impressive track record across apartments, commercial, industrial and land development. Located in the Melbourne CBD, this group are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Development Manager to assist with their growing pipeline of apartment developments

The Role
Working under the leadership for a Development Director, this role will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle across two apartment developments of 50 and 80 apartments. Heavily involved in the day-to-day management of the developments, you will focus on coordinating design/town planning, liaising with internal sales/marketing teams, managing authority and government relationships and overseeing construction delivery.
