■ Objective: To assist in the digital and creative functions of the studio, including order management, graphic

design, cataloguing, and online partner coordination, while upholding the visual and functional standards of the

brand.

1■■ Order & Production Coordination

• Track and organise all incoming client and channel partner orders.

• Create and maintain printable measurement sheets and order forms.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timelines are met.

• Maintain a production tracker and update status regularly.

2■■ Lookbook & Line Sheet Creation

• Assist in designing and updating:

• Lookbooks for new collections

• - Line sheets and product decks for buyers or partners

• - Mood boards for internal or marketing use

• Ensure brand consistency in format, layout, and naming structure.

3■■ Vendor Panel Management (Online Partners)
