Overview

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager to join the Ardene Headquarters Store Operations team. This role is integral to elevating store performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team is adequately resourced and capable in managing the day to day and longer-term business needs for the function.
• Support functional leaders as well as business management with sound operational practices to drive performance improvements.
• Plan and organize daily operations, direct and control activities, and manage staff and assign duties where applicable.
• Monitor and resolve issues to maintain service standards and achieve continuous improvement objectives.
• Lead lean initiatives and other continuous improvement efforts within the function as appropriate.
