JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards
Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning, marinating, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)
Assist in storing and labeling food items properly
Support in buffet setup, plating, and service when required
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience (4-5 star hotel, semi fine dine to fine dine upscale restaurant)
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work long hours and shifts in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to work onboard for 6–8 months contract...
