Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly financial reporting to the Swiss parent company.
  • Ensure compliance with monthly tax reporting to the Mexican government (liaison to outside tax accountants).
  • Oversee accounts receivable and collection of past‑due accounts.
  • Assist with treasury, payroll, and human resources functions.
  • Process all documents relating to machine rentals and consignments.
  • Manage site machine logistics and inventory reconciliations.
  • Oversee accurate and timely order processing and inventory import documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the Managing Director of Mexico.
