About the Role Arthur Lawrence is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and process improvement. This role will support the CFO and senior leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial planning.
Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
Manage general ledger reconciliations and consolidated reporting
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance
Develop, maintain, and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures
Drive process improvement, automation, and ERP optimization (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
