Assistant Controller

Our Chilliwack-based client is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their growing accounting and finance team.

The Assistant Controller will support financial reporting and accounting operations across a large and expanding real estate portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the Controller, with responsibility for month-end close, financial statement review, team oversight, and supporting new properties and acquisitions. The role requires strong organization, prioritization, and the ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including the review of accounting adjustments, reconciliations, and financial statements

• Prepare and review management reporting packages for senior leadership
