Assistant Controller
to help scale our accounting function within a fast-growing, multi-entity healthcare organization. This is a
manager-level role
reporting directly to the Financial Controller and overseeing both the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical accounting expertise, proven team management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger and accounts payable.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
