Responsibilities Threat and Risk assessment analyses; Client liaison and professional client relationship; Initiative to approach client pro-actively on operational issues; Manpower management; Equipment management; Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints; Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times; Incident and investigations management; Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code; Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings; Assisting with IR issues as and when they arise; Ensure all BPC and Glencore SOP’S are followed Coal and illegal mining investigation/intelligence experience would be advantageous Business Purpose firearm training for Handgun/Shotgun SAPS Competency for Handgun/Shotgun; NQF Level 5 in generic management training Computer literate and proficient in report writing.
