Our client is a reputable building and construction company seeking an Assistant Contract Manager / Contract Manager to oversee contract administration, cost management, and commercial aspects of construction projects from pre-award through project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontract agreements.
  • Manage project costs, budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Review and negotiate contractual terms with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and assess progress claims, payment certifications, and cost reports.
  • Manage variation orders, extension of time (EOT) submissions, contractual claims, and dispute matters.
