Assistant Construction Manager / Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to coordinate site activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Lead and communicate work plan to contractors and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Oversee workmanship and enforce quality control standards to ensure all works meet required specifications.
• Oversee the entire construction process, from project initiation to completion and monitor site progress to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor the construction budget and expenses, in order to ensure project completes within budget.
• Coordinate and lead site meetings, review contractor’s progress reports, review and verify contractor’s claims and support project decision-making.
