Assistant Client Services Manager

Responsibilities
• Maintain daily communication and provide timely responses to partners and clients.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure efficient operational flow and resource alignment
• Handle and solve PSP and Key Account clients' daily enquiries
• Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk ins, and in-person meetings; and expand customer base
• Assist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events
• Prepare regular regional reports to keep track on business performance
• Carry out market research and customer research
Qualifications
• Business development /retail industry experience, and experience in payment platform /bank industry would be advantage
• Understand local culture & local market trends
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Fast learner with strong ownership, accountability, and drive for results
