  • Supervise, coach, and support stewarding colleagues.

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company policies.

  • Assist with scheduling and performance follow-up.

Sustainable Performance & Compliance

  • Monitor chemical usage, breakage, and operating equipment inventory.

  • Promote safe working practices and environmental responsibility.

  • Support audits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
