Assistant Chief Engineer

About The Role:

As a CBRE Assistant Chief Engineer, you will provide supervision of the Building operations team's day-to-day roles & performances along with working closely with the Chief Engineer ensuring the mechanical, electrical and fire suppression systems are managed above and beyond code compliance & AAA comfort. Assist in managing and coordinating the on-site Operations and Maintenance staff as well as contracted skilled trades as required.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep abreast of industry advancements. In keeping with the standards of an AAA Complex, supervise and review the day-to-day operation of the Operations and Maintenance departments.
• Supervise staff and ensure scheduling to cover shifts; assist the Chief Engineer with time sheets and submit them to payroll.
