Job Description

We are looking

for someone who:

  • At least 5 years of engineering management experience in high-star hotels and 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.




  • Excellent team management, communication and coordination abilities, with the capability to lead the engineering team efficiently.




  • Strong budget control and cost awareness, and proficiency in the engineering procurement process.



  • Mastery of the operating principles, maintenance and troubleshooting of various hotel facilities and equipment.

  • Familiarity with national and local engineering safety and environmental protection regulations; candidates with relevant professional certificates are preferred.
