Job Description

Permanent contract, 10 hours per week on a rota basis with alternate weekends. Welcome bonus available.

Key Responsibilities

• Use passion for cooking and fresh ingredients to create varied and nutritional menus in line with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Propose ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience, helping residents feel at home.
• Train and manage the kitchen team in preparing, cooking and serving food.
• Adhere to COSHH, HACCP guidelines, company policies, procedures and budgets; manage orders and deliveries.
• Provide catering for special events or seasonal activities (e.g., summer fetes, Christmas parties, birthdays) as required.
