We are looking for an Assistant Chef to join our Kitchen Team. The position involves preparing, cooking and serving meals that meet dietary needs, training staff and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Create varied, nutritious menus aligned with residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Suggest ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience and support residents' sense of home.
• Train and manage kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, procedures, budgets, and manage orders and deliveries.
• Provide catering for special events or seasonal activities such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays as required.
