Key Responsibilities:


  • Complete the sales targets assigned by the senior regional sales manager;

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities as an internal salesperson.

  • Be responsible for the filing, sorting, classification and preservation of the documents and materials within the department, track the approval process of the final agreement, sort out and feedback the invoicing information of customers, and communicate with the Business department.

  • Assist sales and administrative colleagues in tracking processes, provide timely feedback on status and information, handle customer information promptly when sales personnel are absent, and record it on file.

  • Assist in the documentation and organization of major projects, and assist sales in preparing tender documents.

  • Search for the contact information of the target contact person and other details to provide support for sales.
