Purpose of the position

Partner with business team for operations excellence, to provide hands-on supports to various business needs and risks management, and drive process improvement.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with JV stakeholders on behalf of McG, to play controlling activities for value creation initiatives
  • Collect and interpret reporting prepared by JV, to identify necessary actions, and prepare performance communication with the management
  • Organize monthly forecasting, analyze variation and initiate improvement actions.
  • Proactively involve in the execution of projects/service, coordinate concerned parties to push the project progress in a good manner, eg. Early involvement in contract review, periodical contract execution follow up, monthly project reporting, and coordinating relevant people to figure out a workable plan… etc. Keep good tracking of all run...
