Job Responsibilities

• Loading Operations:
• Preparing Lorry Receipts (LR).
• Checking Invoice, Permits, and other vehicle documents.
• Checking Quality of Vehicles, including damages, cleanliness, leakages, etc.
• Counting commodity and ensuring accuracy with drivers.
• Preparing loading chart and releasing vehicle.
• Unloading Operations:
• Unloading consignment with proper counting.
• Checking shortages and damages, and reporting the same to the concerned executive.
• Documentation & Coordination:
• Collecting Proof of Delivery (POD) timely and sending the same to the concerned branch.
