Overview
The RBC Dominion Securities Management team in Toronto is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to provide operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams, manage client account activities, ensure compliance, liaise with internal departments, deliver training, and oversee branch facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the branch, including approval of incoming/outgoing transactions, reviewing requests from sales support staff, verifying documentation, and approving account openings.
- Coordinate training for new branch support staff and ongoing training initiatives for existing staff.
- Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
