Assistant Branch Manager – Gold Loan

Locations: Warangal, Karimnagar, Mahabub Nagar, Hyderabad & Vizag. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end branch operations. Achieve business targets for gold loans and related products. Lead, train, and motivate the branch team. Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, audit, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high customer service standards. Handle portfolio quality, collections, and branch profitability. Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred). 5–8+ years of experience in Gold Loan/NBFC/Banking. Team handling and sales management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills.
