Play a vital role as an Assistant Behavior Consultant, offering specialized support to children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Conduct assessments and train families with evidence-based strategies for success.
As a full-time member of the Behavior Analysis team, your responsibilities will include conducting intake and Functional Behavior Assessments. You will design tailored Positive Behavior Support Plans and provide on-the-ground training for both parents and staff. Ongoing evaluation of program success and direct follow-up with families will be essential aspects of the role.
