Assistant Baker

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, mixing batters and doughs, and shaping baked goods like breads, cakes, and pastries.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving ingredients, rotating stock, and keeping track of supplies.
• Ensure the baking area, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, and sanitized to meet food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or without related work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and customer service skills, amenable for long working hours, can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
• Willing to start immediately.
