Assistant Asset Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Asset Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role is to support the strategic, financial, and operational performance of a property portfolio to maximize value and investor returns. To bridge the gap between high-level investment strategy and day-to-day property management, focusing on financial modeling, budgeting, leasing strategies, and capital improvements. Responsibilities Prepare Debt and Equity packages for our investments Periodically compare those to actual performance, and returns vs. underwriting. Create a Business Plan for each purchase Due diligence process - coordinate the inspections and checklists Communicate to insurance broker needed info for quotes Calculate preferred returns and disposition waterfalls, and investor distributions.
