- Assist in the development of architectural designs, plans, and presentations for property development projects.
- Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings for concept design and client presentations.
- Work closely with the senior architect and project team to translate project requirements into creative, feasible design solutions.
- Support design coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction to ensure design compliance.
- Assist in planning applications, authority submissions, and technical documentation.
- Research and propose materials, finishes, and design trends relevant to each project.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all design files are updated and organized.
- Attend design meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
