Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office management, facilities, or maintenance coordination. 
  • Experience in vendor management and office administration is preferred. 
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. 
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of office buildings, equipment, and facilities. 
  • Monitor the condition of office infrastructure and arrange timely repairs. 
  • Liaise with maintenance contractors, service providers, and vendors. 
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service contracts, warranties, and asset inventories.
