Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Commerce or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (may vary by employer).
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software. 
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports. 
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. 
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. 
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. 
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
  • Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
