Responsibilities

  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts.
  • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
