The Impact You'll Make:
Financial Management (Bookkeeping):
Manage full-cycle AP/AR, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank/credit card statements monthly.
Prepare and analyze financial reports (Balance Sheets, Income Statements).
Assist with budget monitoring, payroll processing, and audit preparation.
Operational Support (Administrative):
Provide high-level administrative support (calendar management, travel, and correspondence).
