Job Description
- Monitor the company's cash flow position and prepare cash flow projection reports to ensure healthy cash flow throughout the year.
- Research and secure additional banking facilities to support business expansion, liaising with bankers to obtain favourable terms.
- Assist in setting up the company in Asia, including travel for accounting and payroll purposes, supervising finance staff, and monitoring accounting and payroll records.
- Prepare full sets of accounts, including journal entries and account reconciliations, adhering to specific deadlines for bonus pay-outs and audit purposes.
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports with supporting schedules, analysing cost issues and suggesting improvement plans.
- Prepare and review monthly project analysis reports, performing financial and ratio analysis, and providing commentary on findings.
- Handle banker acceptance and factoring applications, preparing required documentation.
