Responsibilities & Requirements:

  1. Maintain student file records.
  2. Verify records of free and paid students.
  3. Update and verify admission and left-student records.
  4. Maintain students’ attendance and leave records.
  5. Mark students’ attendance in MIS on a daily basis.
  6. Deal with parents regarding admissions, fee, student issues, and leaves.
  7. Verify student strength on daily basis.
  8. Follow up with fee defaulters on a daily basis.
  9. Maintain records of newly admitted and withdrawn students.
  10. Update student profiles in MIS.
  11. Share daily attendance reports with the Accounts Office and School Head.
  12. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Admin Officer, Heads, or Coordinators o daily basis.
  13. Format and compose term papers, syllabus, curriculum, and circulars.
  14. Maintain official document records.
  15. Prepare admission test results, exam results, and checkpoint results. <...
