Asset & Refurbishment Project Manager (Parental Leave)

Location: Aveo Sydney Retirement Communities – primarily across Northern Beaches & North Shore

Opportunity: Fixed Term Full-Time (parental leave) | July 2026 – March 2027

Reports To: National Manager – Asset Management

The Opportunity

Aveo has an opportunity for an Asset & Refurbishment Project Manager to oversee unit refurbishments as well as CAPEX projects across a portfolio of our Sydney retirement communities. You will coordinate unit refurbishment works prior to resident entry, working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring homes and any community facility upgrades are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
