Job Summary

Asset Protection Team Leads assume additional duties within their assigned stores, serving as a trainer for new Agents and assisting in the development of existing Agents. Working with the District Loss Prevention Manager, they detect internal theft through available tools and ensure adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards. Leads support in hiring and conduct OPEX Evaluations as required.

Responsibilities

  • Review exception reports and cash variances to detect internal activity.
