The Asset Protection Partner protects store assets against theft and works with leadership to maintain controls and reduce shrinkage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Loss Prevention: Provide professional service to clients; conduct surveillance on sales floor and CCTV; adhere to laws and SEPHORA policies; prepare reports on theft incidents, recoveries, investigations, and audits; develop relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security and other retailers; testify in court; provide new hire and continuous employee training.
