Asset Program Advisor

This position currently falls within our hybrid model, allowing the employee to work some of the time at the regular work location and the other time at home. The ability for hybrid work will vary within the first few months during the training period.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Housing Provider Unit Supervisor, the Asset Program Advisor acts as a conduit between Niagara Region Housing Services and external partners, including non‑profit and co‑operative housing providers or other housing program participants. The role is responsible for providing guidance on the preservation of capital assets and technical advice on materials and building components to external partners, serving as a building components specialist. The advisor also provides technical support and guidance for all tasks related to funded housing programs, including but not limited to the Niagara Renovates programme and the Niagara Renovates Multi‑Unit programme.
