The Asset Manageroversees the financial lifecycle of the organisation’s long-term tangibleassets. This role ensures accurate accounting, compliance, and strategiccapital allocation for land, buildings, machinery, and equipment. Accountablefor managing the Groupwide asset management function, ensuring that assets aregoverned throughout their lifecycle to maximise value, minimise risk, supportoperational performance and maintain regulatory compliance.

1. Capital Budgeting & Investment Analysis

Responsible forbudget and Capital Expenditure (Cap Ex) requests Providedata-driven recommendations to leadership on whether to buy, lease, orbuild major assets. Conductpost-implementation reviews to verify if completed projects delivered thepromised financial returns. Ensure allcapital investments align with long-term corporate growth andsustainability strategies.
